Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Obion, Tennessee. Working plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** The Town of Obion is seeking sealed bids for the completion of bathrooms in Obion Indian Park. We reserve the right to refuse any and all bids. The existing building is a 24' wide by 15.5' 8" CMU block structure with three rooms. There will be, when completed, two restrooms and a storage room located in the middle section. Scope of work inside of building: Provide and install 2 easy sit floor mount toilets, one in each restroom and 2 wall mount lavatories with support legs, one in each restroom. The installer will be responsible for all materials, fittings, supplies and connections required for proper use of facilities. NOTE: The water service line and the sewer service line are already run to the building. The ceiling of each restroom and the storage room are to be finished with a minimum 29-gauge metal panel, white in color. The storage room will need to be provided with a 24"x30" removable attic access panel. Scope of work exterior: Building will need to be prepped for roof installation, to include 18" anchor bolts with 3" washers set in concrete every 4' to extend into at least the top two runs of CMU. A 2"x 8" wide treated top plate on all CMU. The Town of Obion requests a truss system on 2' center be used for roof framing with a 4/12 roof pitch. The trusses are to be fastened to the top plate by wind connectors. Maximum spacing of trusses will be 24" CL with 2x4 lathing on 24" centers to be used for roof panel connection. Metal corrugating roof panels with a minimum of a 25-year warranty is required (warranty information must be provided). Roof panels and gable ends are to be red with all roof trim at the eaves to be white in color. Roof ridge vent to match roof corrugating metal panels. A minimum of 200 square inches of white soffit ventilation to be provided in porch overhang area. A 12" overhang on trusses.
