Site work for a water / sewer project in Baxter, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work is in one Contract and includes the installation of approximately 2,325 L.F. of 6-inch Ductile Iron Water Main, installation of a duplex pressure reducing station and all other work on the plans and within the project specifications. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Bidders are further directed to TCA 62-6-119 as provisions of this chapter must be complied with or the bid will not be considered. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the certification requirements of this contract and other federal contracting provisions and required certifications that are required to be submitted as a part of this bid as outlined within the project bid documents. The successful bidder is required to furnish both performance and payment bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 07/22/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
