This project is located off W. Mystery Avenue. It has 730 lineal feet of underground 4-inch drainage pipe. Flo-wells open bottom infiltrators (3 each) are owner furnished and located for pick up at 835 Blind Nick Drive (Parks Shop) and will be loaded by coordination with the Parks Supervisor. Insulation above each of the Flow-wells will be provided by COW utilities. Perf pipe runs will be the last 50 feet into the end runs where the underground infiltration trenches are. Grades are approximate shown with bury depth and pipe grade is approximately 0.5%. Materials to connect all the pipe will be incidental to the pipe lineal items in the bid form, shown on the plan profile maps. Calling in locates to 811 is required. The City's Vactor Truck will vac out the utilities for ditching and location of existing drainage pipes. Staging of equipment will be within the Softball field fences. Trenches will not be left open overnight to protect the public and wildlife. Work times will be from 7am-9pm Monday through Saturday. Contract dates will be from August 22, 2025 until September 20, 2025. The contractor's CPM schedule will show a shutdown over Labor Day weekend August 30 - September 1. The Softball Association has an event on September 4 th on one of the fields that the contractor should be able towork around. Estimated contract amount is less than $40,000. Contracts valued at over $30,000 will be subject to City Council approval. Contracts valued at over $25,000 are subject to State prevailing wage (Davis-Bacon) requirements.
