The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment and labor as necessary to complete the project per the plans and specifications. Bidders Shall Confine Their Bids to the Project in Its Entirety. Partial Bids Will Not Be Considered. Each Bidder Shall Submit With This Bid Evidence That He is Licensed to Perform the Work and Services or Qualified by Examination to Be So Licensed. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or by an Acceptable Bid Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least Five (5) Percent of the Amount of the Bid Payable to Glades County, as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted the Bidder Will Execute the Contract and File Acceptable Performance and Payment Surety Bonds Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price Within Ten (10) Days After Written Notice of the Award of Contract.
