The work includes providing all tools, materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to upgrade and renovate the existing Sterile Processing Services (SPS) space to support the replacement of Steris Medivators and cart washers. Areas identified in the Statement of Work shall be remodeled to accommodate the removal and installation of VA-provided medical equipment, including cart washers, medivators, scope cabinets, and related systems. Construction must be performed in accordance with the approved drawings, specifications, and Statement of Work to properly prepare the site for new equipment installation. The project involves full construction execution to deliver a functional, code-compliant SPS environment ready for equipment changeout. Location: Minneapolis VA Medical Center, 1 Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417 The magnitude of construction disclosure for this project is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
