This facility restoration project is developed through information gathered during a structural inspection of all PTS facilities conducted by an engineering firm the previous fall. This RFP is to identify a general scope of Work for the yearly project and establish the construction contractor to perform the Work items slated for repair. The Work includes the following items at the Parking Facility listed below: 1. Concrete repair. 2. Sealant replacement. 3. Concrete topping and sidewalk removal and replacement. 4. New hot-applied rubberized asphalt waterproofing membrane 5. Curb removal and replacement. 6. Bituminous pavement removal and replacement. The Parking Facilities included in the Project: 1.
