Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of this project includes the installation of vehicle charging stations, adding alarm points to the fuel and water systems, building a room for advertising materials storage, and installing parking area protection around drain piping and electrical conduits.
