The scope of work for the NE 32nd Street site is, as detailed in the Contract Documents, encompasses the installation of a 100 linear foot wall landward of the existing seawall; installation of an upland retaining wall, and installation of a seawall cap. The scope of work, as detailed in the Contract Documents, for the Wavecrest Way site is the installation of 151 linear foot wall landward of the existing seawall; removal of the existing seawall once the new wall is installed, and installation of a new seawall cap. The project includes various elements such as utility coordination, tie-ins with adjacent seawalls, tree removal and replacement, removal of existing rock rubble rip rap as required, demolition or modifications to existing seawall structures, and the construction of a new steel sheet pile wall with a reinforced cap. Additionally, it involves the installation of a reinforced concrete fascia, a jet grout wall with a reinforced concrete cap, and reinforced concrete fascia. The project incorporates pipe collars, manatee grating, and other accessories specified in the plans.
