**As of August 28th, 2025, the project was awarded to Moretz Paving, with an awarded amount of $1,616,029.90.** The Project includes the following Work: Milling 3 depth and Paving back with 1.5 of Base B25.0C and 1.5 of Surface S9.5C across 2.25 Miles along Buckeye Creek Road. Town of Beech Mountain reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. 1. Buckeye Creek Road Paving Project -which includes, but is not limited to, Removal of all existing asphalt, placing a base layer of 3" of ABC stone and Repaving with 1.5" of Base (B25.0C) and 1.5" of Surface (S9.5C), Thermoplastic Striping and Installation of Snowplowable Pavement Markers. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located within Roadway limits of Buckeye Creek Road
