Renovation of a military facility in Wailuku, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Remove and upgrade video surveillance system at US Coast Guard Station Maui located at 233 MAALAEA RD, WAILUKU, HI 96793. Please see attachment. There is a site visit on Monday July 7 at 10am HST. This will be a fixed-price LPTA procurement. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to conduct repair / renewal of unit's Video Surveillance System. Work includes but is not limited to: a. The removal of all old/existing cameras on the building and pole. b. Running new outdoor rated cat6 cables from the new cameras to the new server and switch. c. The installation of conduit on any of the exterior exposed wiring from the new cameras. d. The repair of existing PVC conduit that is running from the pole and running a new outdoor rated cat6 to the pole. e. The installation of a 32MP 360' multi-head camera on the pole to watch over the employee parking, gas pump and surrounding area. f. The installation of a 15MP 270' multihead camera on the southeast corner of the building and one on t he northwest corner of the building. g. The installation of a 12MP Fisheye camera on the southwest corner of the building, in the rear courtyard and in the middle of the main office room. h. The installation of a 2MPcamera in the back corner of the armory. i. The installation of a server and client PC in the main equipment rack and the 43" 4k monitor above the rack on the wall. j. Electrical power will be available from the building's nearest breaker panel and/or mechanical room. Contractor is responsible for installing additional breaker/circuit if needed, and/or tying into an available circuit appropriately sized to support the equipment per applicable building code(s). k. System will include a 2000VA UPS Battery backup. l. If a manlift or boom is required, contractors are responsible for renting or purchasing their own; the Coast Guard will not provide one. m. All provided electronic equipment shall be NDAA compliant. n. No recurring licensing fees will be included. o. Contractor shall provide handoff training to USCG personnel when the system is operational.
