Bergland Township is seeking bids for the construction of the "TMF Water Service Exploration Project" that includes the following major items of work: o 81 water service explorations and associated restoration. Bergland Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to Bergland Township in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Prevailing wage rates will not be required for this project. Question Deadline 07/10/2025- All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
