This project is a re-bid. All previous addenda and clarifications issued will be incorporated into the Re-Bid set. The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, renovation of Franklin & Roosevelt ES second floors to instructional spaces. The relocation of the instructional spaces from the first floors would allow the District to house (2) new Pre-K Rooms at each school on the first floor.
