Site work for a mixed-use development in Dequincy, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The project was awarded to JCM Artwork, LA for $26,000. The work generally consists of Cross drain repair of the existing triple barrel - 72" CMP cross drain pipe. The culvert has experienced joint failure on two of the pipe runs. The failure area is not located under paved areas. The remediation method will involve exposing the failure area, restoring the culvert integrity and placing a concrete collar encompassing all three pipe runs. Minor earthwork and grading of the project area after culvert rehabilitation.
