The Seminole County Solid Waste Management Division is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors for the collection and transportation of various automotive waste fluids and filters. The Contractor shall be explicitly authorized by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to provide the collection and transportation of specified automotive waste fluids and filters. All collected materials shall be transported to an FDEP-approved used oil processor for recycling, reuse, or disposal, in strict accordance with Chapter 62-710 of the Florida Administrative Code and all other applicable state and federal regulations. Services at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Tunnel. Seminole County Fleet Maintenance Facility (CTS) - 1960 State Road 419, Longwood, FL 32750. Services at the Fleet Mechanic Shop (located at the rear of the CTS facility). Seminole County Solid Waste Management Osceola Road Landfill (OLF) - 1930 E Osceola Road, Geneva, FL 32732. Services at the Public Used Oil Collection Center (PUOCC) across from the metal pile. Seminole County Fleet Maintenance Facility (OLF) - 1930 E. Osceola Road, Geneva, FL 32732. Services at the Fleet Mechanic Shop (located towards the rear, attached to the administration building). Seminole County Fleet Services Building - 141 Bush Loop, Sanford, FL 32773. Seminole County Sheriff's Office - 100 Eslinger Way, Sanford, FL 32773. Seminole County Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant - 3300 Dike Road, Winter Park, FL 32792. Yankee Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant - 501 Yankee Lake Road, Sanford, FL 32771. The County reserves the right to dispatch an inspector to the Contractor's site/facility to verify full compliance with all applicable FDEP, EPA, and other relevant governmental agency codes, regulations, and laws. The County Reserves the Right to Reject Any Questions Sent After the Q&A Deadline. The County Reserves the Right to Reject the Award to Any Bidder That Fails to Provide the Insurance as Required Within the County's Term Contract.
