Renovation of an educational facility in Frankfort, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,400-square-foot educational facility.
The purpose of this Design-Build project is to provide Kentucky State University (KSU), KSU Betty White Building Renovation, Kentucky State University, Frankfort, Kentucky. The design criteria for this project is provided later in this Design-Build Request for Proposals. The scope of the project includes necessary exterior and interior renovations to the Betty White Building located on Kentucky State University's campus. The building is approximately 10,400 gross square feet and was constructed in the early 1970s. Originally named the Student Infirmary Building, it later served as the home of Kentucky State University's School of Nursing, providing training space, classrooms, offices and student study areas. The School of Nursing recently relocated to another building and the Betty White Building now stands vacant and ready for renovations. Design-Builder Contract Award: October 5, 2025 (on or about)
