Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of work for this project shall include the design, permitting, construction, and testing of one (1) circular, 50-foot inside diameter, 265,000-gal nominal volume wire wrapped pre-stressed concrete potable water storage tank with a galvanized steel diaphragm including vent(s), hatch, manway, guardrails, aluminum exterior ladder, FRP interior ladder, gravity ventilator, precast overflow(s), and other accessories as described herein. Install all piping, fittings, and appurtenances within the perimeter of the tank and extending to pipe stub outs for influent and effluent pipe connection points, as shown in the supplied site layout. Pipe elevations shall be field verified by the Design-Build Firm. Bid Bond 5% St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County.
