Sections of the house, including the roof, are collapsing, which points to the need for exercising caution during the abatement process. The work's scope is limited to abatement, with full demolition of the house planned for a future date. Bidders are required to review the hazardous report provided under the supplementary document section, and optional unguided visit to the site is available during this bidding duration, with prior approval.
