Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Terrace, British Columbia. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Life cycle improvement project in the hopes of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and extending the life of the building. This project is intended to be completed in phases separating the interior works (major mechanical, electrical, etc.) from the exterior works (roof). The scope of work encompasses upgrades to the mechanical and electrical system, and base building operating systems. This work will include but is not limited to feasibility study and based on that report moving into full design, construction documentation, and construction administration required for the renovation of the existing space located at Terrace, BC. TIMELINE Request for proposals for design is closed; preferred proponent is selected. Further update in late spring 2026, upon approvals.
