Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gulfport, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 30,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of existing building interior renovations of approximately 30,000 SF, recoating of building exterior and sealing and striping of existing parking lot as further described in Project Manual Summary of Work. Single stipulated sum bids will be received for all work required by the Contract Documents in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All proposals must be filed with Harrison County Board of Supervisors prior to the opening time as stated above and submitted on the bid forms provided. Bids sent through the mail should be addressed to the Board of Supervisors, care of the Chancery Clerk's Office, Post Office Drawer CC, Gulfport, Mississippi 39502. Bids delivered in person must be delivered to the bid opening location indicated above. All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the project title indicated above and date of the bid opening indicated. Envelopes not so marked are submitted at the risk of the Bidder and the County assumes no responsibility for the premature opening of same by any County employee. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid (or upload at Bidders Option), security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders shall comply with law of the State of Mississippi requiring Certificate of Responsibility. The successful bidder must adhere to the Owner's policy concerning non-discrimination without regard to race, creed, color, age, sex, national origin, or handicap. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
