Project No. 117-003434-24002 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of repair by replacement of the T150 building through demolition of the existing building and re-construction at the same site. The new building will include open shop space, open storage, fitness room, restrooms and a mezzanine for open storage, minimal site work to include security fencing and access controls, path, and aprons. The new building will accommodate seasonal and full-time employees in the areas of soils, hydrology, regional office fleet, Lolo engine, Lolo hotshots, timber strike, and Lolo D3 storage. The proposed new building base item comprises approximately 13,449 Sq. Ft. of floor space. The option items of this contract include (1) sitework, (2) fitness and restroom areas, (3) interior fence partitions, (4) interior ceiling fans, and (5) acoustic wood ceiling clouds. PROJECT LOCATION: The project is in Missoula, MT located at Fort Missoula Road, Building T150 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: All work items must be completed 426 days after Notice to Proceed is issued. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION (per FAR 36.204(b)): Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. BONDING: All offerors will be required to provide a Bid Bond (20%) with their proposal submission. Performance and Payment Bonds (100% each) will be required of the successful awardee. SITE VISIT: A site tour of the project will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 10:00 am.
