Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project details: On the bus staging area of the Central Bus Station there are two openings (one on the south and one on the north side of the staging area) which will need bollards added to secure the passenger area from vehicle traffic. The bollards shall be equally spaced with the existing bollards and of the same height. The bollards shall be installed through the existing 8" concrete and be at a minimum of 42" underground. Bollards are to match existing 8" steel bollards. New bollards shall have matched bollard covers to be uniform with existing. This is a Davis-Bacon project and certified payroll will be required with invoice for the project. Quotes must be good for 30 days. Quotes are to be for a firm fixed price including all shipping and handling. Quotes are for delivered and installed bollards and covers. Bay Metro Transit is tax exempt, and sales tax should not be included in the quote. Bidder must comply with all MDOT and FTA regulations dealing with this procurement.
