Removal and Replacement of Entry / Exit doors - The purpose of these specifications is to describe the removal and replacement of twelve (12) existing exit and entry doors forthe main facility building and two outbuildings with all new doors, hardware, seals, glass, handles/locks and closures, also to remove and replace existing frame mounted keypads and alarm sensors. Location: 1510 N. Johnson St., Bay City, MI Removal of old existing doors, frames, thresholds, closures, seals, any frame mounted keypads and hardware, replace with new like doors, frames, glass, door sweeps, knobs and locks, weather seals and caulking. All alarm sensors and keypads removed are to be reinstalled and fully operational upon completion of project.
