Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Morehead City, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Seeking commissioning services for a new building construction of approximately 25,000 sq ft. To include review of components, equipment submittals, and plans provided by the architect and contractor. All testing, balancing, start-up, and adjustments must be made per state statutes of public buildings required by the state. Review O&M manuals, project as-builts, and all other documentation as necessary. Commissioning reports will be made to the owner before the project closeout. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
