The State University of New York at Stony Brook intends to enter into a three (3) year agreement with a qualified Bidder for the supply of Cube Air Filters as listed in the items section of this IFB. Contractor shall supply these filters on an as-ordered, as-needed basis. The quantities listed in this Invitation to Bid are estimated quantities, and Buyer reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity ordered at any time in its sole discretion. Any such Purchase Order will not create any commitment on the part of the University to purchase items from the supplier. With respect to such Purchase Orders, Buyer will only be obligated to purchase, and Seller will only be obligated to sell, the items/quantities and at the times specified in the written instructions of the University. This Contract is estimated to begin on or about September 2025. Questions regarding the electronic bidding process should be directed to the designated contact(s). SUNY reserves the right to not hold a public bid opening or at any time to postpone or cancel a scheduled bid opening. In the event a public bid opening is scheduled, Bidders will be notified.
