Renovation of a medical facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
**As of July 17th, 2025, the project was awarded to Consolidated Electric, but the awarded amount is not available.** Greene County Government is seeking a fire alarm system for Greene County Administrative Offices for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor at 401 Takoma Avenue, Greeneville TN, 37743 (old Takoma Hospital Bldg.) Bidder shall refer to the attached print sheets that have been supplied by Blaser Engineering. Items must be compatible to what is in use on the first floor that is using Notifier N16X panel with remote gateway/networked fire system devices including DAA-75/25 digital audio voice command devices and connections. System must connect and work seamlessly with the digital audio and N16X self testing devices along with network connected fire system panels throughout the building. Any additions to the system must be installed and connected by a certified/licensed Notifier dealer within 40 miles of the service location. No substitutions allowed. Work will need to be completed by September 1, 2025.
