The project is expected to be awarded on October 4, 2025.** BIDS PROJECT: Renovations to Greeneville City Schools Bus Garage ARCHITECT: A. Dave Wright, architect 110 South Main Street Greeneville, Tennessee 37743 Phone number: 423-525-5093 Contact person: Dave Wright or Caroline Miller E-mail: dwright313@comcast.net or cmiller313@comcast.net BRIEF PROJECT. The Scope of will encompass the installation of new beams and pinch beams in locates that existing masonry (cmu) wall is to be removed. New overhead doors will be installed in two (2) locations. The existing mansard façade is to be removed, salvaged, and reinstalled as detailed. Any/all debris will be disposed of at the Town of Greeneville Landfill. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greeneville City Schools. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
