Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 68,517-square-foot, three-story above grade medical facility.

The project consists of the renovation of the Second, Third, and Fourth Floors of the Former Takoma Hospital, approximately 70,879 square feet. supply and install Armstrong Commercial Optina 15/16" square lay-in (24"x48") ceiling tile and Prelude suspension system. Any/all debris will be disposed of at Greene County Landfill. (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED). A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM furnished by the Architect. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
