Las Vegas Valley Water District invites qualified firms (Bidders) to submit Bids for the following Work, see Contract Documents for full details. The Site of the Work will be located at various Sites within the Las Vegas Valley, Blue Diamond, Jean, Kyle Canyon, Laughlin and Searchlight, Nevada and will be located within public right-of-way or LVVWD easements. The Work consists of various small diameter pipeline (24-inch and smaller), fire hydrants, or related appurtenances replacement or installation and meter vault replacements. The work includes installation of all related fittings, connections, and appurtenances necessary for successful completion of the replacements and may include the relocation of existing services, replacement of existing appurtenances, landscaping, concrete, and /or asphalt. All work under this Master commitment will be assigned as individual Construction Commitment Assignments within the Districts Project Management System. Question Deadline 07/18/2025 at 10:00 AM PT Submit questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents to Owner via the Questions tab in the NGEM System. The NGEM System will cut off accepting questions 5 Days prior to the Bid opening date. Questions submitted less than 5 Days prior to the Bid opening date may not be answered. Questions received, responses thereto, and interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to questions received will be answered through the NGEM System. The Owner requires that individual Construction Commitment Assignments commence within 30 consecutive Calendar Days after the effective date of the Final Notice to Proceed. The term of the contract shall be based on the expenditure of the current contract amount. The term of the contract may be renewed at the option of the Owner, based on available funding for an additional two terms for a total of three contract terms.
