Clark County is requesting time and material quotes for general plumbing services on an as-needed basis at the pedestrian bridges at the intersections of Spring Mountain Road / Sands Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard South, Flamingo Road and Las Vegas Boulevard South, Harmon Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard South, Park/MGM and Las Vegas Boulevard South, Tropicana and Las Vegas Boulevard South, as well as at the Desert Inn Pumphouse (211 Cathedral Way) and Twain Pumphouse (388 Dean Martin Drive). This quote will be used as a pricing guideline by which the selected Contractor shall quote the cost of actual projects as they are requested by Clark County. The term of this contract will be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 or until a formal bid is awarded pursuant to 332.039.1(a), whichever occurs first. Award will be made on Straight Time hourly labor rate only. A Clark County Business license is required.
