Fencing Services for Public Works 1.Repair and/or replacement of chain link and cable fencing services on an as needed basis. Services provided will be on and or along County property or right of way; 2. Work may include the repair and replacement of any or all components that make up a chain link or cable fence.(i.e. line/terminal gate posts, fence fabric, gates, top and bottom tension cable, cable, etc.) 3. The scope and scale of each project/job maybe different from the previous; 4. The repair and/or replacement of chain link or cable fence shall be all inclusive (i.e. contractor shall provide all labor, materials (including concrete for post base/anchor, if needed) transportation, equipment, tools, permits, traffic control, traffic control plans, etc. in order to completely repair and or replace the chain link or cable fence per Clark County Standard Specifications and attached drawing Award will be made on Straight Time hourly labor rate only. Award of this quote will be to the lowest responsive and responsible Contractor as determined by the rates offered below. A Clark County Business license is required. Material Mark-up Percentage: Not to exceed 15% above cost for any materials not identified. Purchase invoice for materials upon request by Clark County by Contractor with demand for payment. If materials were not specifically purchased for the work, but are taken from Contractor's stock, cost to County for these materials shall be in accordance with RS Means Cost Data for the year in which the materials are used. County and/or its representative reserves the right to make such inspections and tests whenever necessary to ascertain that the requirements of this Contract are being fulfilled. Deficiencies noted shall be promptly corrected at Contractor's expense The term of this contract will be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 or until a formal bid is awarded pursuant to 332.039.1(a), whichever occurs first.
