Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in West Newbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 1,536-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Demolition of Designated Outbuilding The project entails the complete demolition and disposal of the designated outbuilding, including the corresponding concrete foundations, footings and slabs. The building measures approximately 48'x32', has two floors and a basement. All construction debris, concrete and brick material must be removed and disposed of offsite in a legal and environmentally responsible manner. The Town has completed the asbestos abatement and oil tank/cell tower removal. The building is demolition ready. Final grading to be completed upon demolition of building.
