Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in West Newbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of the ACTION COVE PICKLEBALL COURT INSTALLATION project located at 15 Bachelor Street, West Newbury, MA. Site grading, pickleball court sub-grade, and base-paving course must be completed by November 15, 2025, weather permitting. Remaining work is to be completed in spring 2026. Bids must be from contractors with prior experience in sport court installations. All bids must include a 5% bid deposit of the bid price. Minimum Wage Rates as set by the Massachusetts Department of Workforce Development apply. Bidding and contract award follow provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M. The Town of West Newbury reserves the right to amend or cancel the invitation, accept or reject bids, and waive minor informalities.
