As of September 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Separate sealed BIDS for the Remodel of the Hamilton County Emergency Communications Facility will be received by the Owner. The primary goal of this project is the construction of a new pre- engineered metal building to house vehicles for Hamilton County Emergency Communications District. This will include furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, incidentals, and any other items necessary or convenient to satisfactorily complete the construction as described in the Project Manual Bid security of 5% of construction value will be required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days from above stated bid date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities therewith. However, any qualifications to a Bid shall render that Bid as non-responsive. The Owner intends on immediately resolving any contract issues and authorizing the start of work. All bidders must be licensed contractors as required by the State of Tennessee Licensing Act of 1976 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and all acts amendatory thereof and must be able to show proof of such license.
