The Project will consist of furnishing labor, material, and equipment for the construction of one 7.5 MVA substation that includes high voltage tubular steel dead end designed for 69 KV, 15 KV tubular steel structures, and associated equipment and material for substation power delivery. The project is located approximately 10 miles north and 5 miles east of the town of Page in Holt County, in the State of Nebraska. Any proposal received after the time specified will be promptly returned to the Bidder unopened. The Project will consist of furnishing labor, material, and equipment for the construction of one 7.5 MVA substation that includes high voltage tubular steel dead end designed for 69 KV, 15 KV tubular steel structures, and associated equipment and material for substation power delivery. Commencement may begin as early as September 22, 2025 and must be completed by May 8, 2026. Proposals and all supporting instruments must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Owner's Engineer and must be delivered in a sealed envelope addressed to the Owner. The name and address of Bidder along with project name, and date and time of bid opening shall appear on the envelope in which the Proposal is submitted. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the form attached or a certified check of a bank that is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the order of the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price.
