Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure the services of a Contractor to perform park restroom building renovations at multiple park locations throughout Charlotte County. Work includes furnishing all necessary materials, labor, permitting, transportation, supervision, and equipment as described in the specifications. Local licenses required: Certified/Registered Building or Certified/Registered General. Question Deadline 07/18/2025 Discrepancies, omissions, or questions about the intent of the documents should be submitted to the Purchasing Division Stacey Trowbridge, Contract Specialist at 941.743.1526 or email: stacey.trowbridge@charlottecountyfl.gov in written form as a request for interpretation no later than five (5) calendar days prior to bid opening (or shall be verbally addressed at the pre-bid conference).
