Renovation of an educational facility in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Upgrade electrical circuits in the MDF room to receive new 110v and 208v circuits, new UPS equipment, batteries and components, and a new grounding busbar system. Work shall include but not necessarily limited to: 1. Project planning and mobilization include creating a Schedule of Values and Project Plan, completing necessary submittals, and ordering materials within two days of acceptance. 2. Demolition and temporary buildouts involve constructing or demolishing existing systems to make space for new electrical equipment, ensuring existing communication systems remain operational. 3. Electrical installation consists of setting up electrical and grounding systems, installing conduits and raceways, and configuring new UPS, Battery, and PDU equipment, along with testing the UPS system. 4. A cutover process to be coordinated with the District to switch power to new equipment during specified hours. 5. System commissioning includes removing unused cables and equipment, completing punch-list items, providing updated panel schedules, and delivering final documentation to the District. Performance and Payment Bonds, each equivalent to 100% of the Contract Price, will be required upon award of Contract from the Contractor as part of the terms of the Contract for this project.
