Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Findlay Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Findlay Township, and to reject any or all proposals.
