Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moon Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work includes approximately 124,000 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, Superpave WMA binder course, wearing course, base repair, traffic control, bituminous wedge curb, concrete curb and sidewalk, structure adjustments, ADA ramps, linestriping, roadway widening, add alternates for additional square yards of resurfacing, demo, concrete curb and sidewalk, add alternates for additional paving, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways in the Township of Moon, Township of North Fayette, and Township of Collier. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statutes of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. The Township shall (a) award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder therefore, or (b) reject all bids received within ninety (90) days of the date of bid opening; provided, however, that the Township may, in its sole discretion, delay such award or rejection for up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the bid opening date until the Township has received all required approvals from other governmental agencies. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids
