Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Crestwood, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of September 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Renovation of the Existing Residential Home (to Be Converted to city Hall) at the Maples Park The Work includes but is not limited to interior renovations of an existing former residential building with new plumbing, electric, flooring, painting, new doors, wood framing and casework. The work also includes a new entrance walkway with steps and site lighting as shown on the plans. All permits associated with these elements shall be included. The right is reserved by OWNER to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. Architect will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as Architect considers necessary in response to questions arising at the meeting or afterward. All questions shall be submitted via email to the Architect (gant@jonesdesignap.com) prior to 12:00 p.m. local time July 23rd, 2025. No Bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving Bids for a period of sixty (60) days. Note the mailing address for the City of Crestwood is PO Box 186, Crestwood, KY 40014; the park address on KY 22 does not accept mail.
