Description

Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Matthews, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project scope consists of constructing a new 4,396 sq ft. emergency operations center for Calhoun County. The project includes a CMU exterior walled structure with prefabricated roof trusses and storefront windows and doors. The roof will be clad in standing seam metal.
