A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a qualified housing provider to offer housing to individuals in Kern County. The purpose for providing these services is to allow clients a place to live while they are receiving mental health and substance use treatment and related support services. Bridge Housing Services at Adult Residential Facilities shall include but not be limited to housing, meals, and transportation. The Department expects to spend up to $360,000 for the contract.
