A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct one (1) new Granular-Activated Carbon treatment facility in Mettler, California, including demolition and clearing, site grading, fencing, surfacing, yard piping, interconnecting piping to Well 4, GAC system, concrete foundations, backwash supply pumps, chlorinator system, backwash pond, and replace electrical and control systems.
