The project must be designed to achieve at least a Level of Service D 20 years from the base / open year. Initial evaluation of alternatives for intersection improvements favors a single lane roundabout at this location. The purpose of this project is to improve safety, operations and access at the intersection of Gulledge Road at Colbert Road for all roadway users.
