Renovation of an educational facility in Dallas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of June 11, 2025 , This project has been awarded to Manning Brothers, with the awarded amount of $174,621.98.** Counter Specifications Basis of Design and Required Factory-Provided Services. 1. Counter bases to be constructed shape and sizes shown on plans, with all stainless steel componentry, 34" high for ADA compliance. Galvanized or aluminum material are not acceptable. Frame to consist of 1" x 1" square, 16-gauge stainless steel tubular frames with all TIG welded joints for heavy-duty construction. No pop rivets or mechanical fasteners permitted. Counters to include: - Additional cross bracing support under counter top sections and framing to support extra heavy loads where required. Review plan for equipment types and locations. - Stainless steel aprons on operator side for mounting controls - Open storage on operator side to include removable 18-gauge stainless steel under shelves (where possible), without the use of tools. Provide 4" space at rear of shelves for utility chases. - Countertopsto be 14 ga s/s with square turndown on allsides and cornersfully welded, ground and polished. Top to have #4 satin finish. Multiteria HLS66 - MODIFIED Hot Food Counter (one left hand and one right hand) Essence series Hot Food Counter, 65" long x 32" wide x 34" high, per general specs, including: Accessories: - Counter to be provided with a hot top section - complete with infinite control and on/off switch. - Provide an 8" wide stainless steel flat surface tray slide mounted to counter front with fold down type brackets. - Tray slide to be mounted flush with the counter top. - Furnish counter with stainless steel square tubular framework (unitized body construction is not acceptable). - Counter body panels shall be 3/4 " laminate wood panels - lift off type as required. - Drop-in hot food wells, 2-well size, manifold drains, bottom exit with ball valve, each hot food well to use a 1200-watt heat source with individual controls. UL listed and approved. Controls mounted in counter apron. Locate in counter as shown on drawing. - FS style convertible food shield (three position shield) with LED lights. Food shield to span the length of the counter. - Electrical connection box in counter base with 8' cord set as shown on drawing.
