Demolition, site work, paving, new construction, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Columbia Falls, Montana. Design plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; fitness / recreation center; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and laboratory facility.
Plans are to enclose the high school’s courtyard to create a two-story academic center and expand the gym with upgraded seating, flooring, and accessibility. Site improvements include new traffic routes and updated exterior walls on the classroom wing. The remodel will integrate art and technical education spaces into the main building, with a projected budget of up to $76 million. As of July 8, 2025 this project is in design. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed.
