Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Banff, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Sidewalk improvement projects for construction over the next 3 years, 2026-2028. TIMELINE: The owner is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to provide professional services in the area of civil and municipal engineering. The successful firm will support the town in developing designs and tender documentation services; all Pre-Tender deliverables must be ready by late March 2026. The scope of the 2026 scope of work is not yet finalized, one of the first tasks for the successful Proponent will be to assist the town with assessing options for which segments of elk street are included in the 2026 scope of work. Town Council approves a yearly budget for the sidewalk improvement program, currently funding is set at $300,000 per year.
