Gilmore Township reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any portion thereof. Gilmore Township has the right to arrange the work and services as they deem necessary to accomplish the intent of the Contract. Attention to bidders is called to the requirements concerning the payments of not less than the prevailing wage and salary rate provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 for the ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #1 2025. Liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $500.00 per calendar day, for each day the Project is determined not substantially complete by the Township beyond the sixty (60) calendar day project schedule. Proposals must be completed on the appropriate forms furnished by the Township Supervisors and their designated representatives. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made potable to Gilmore Township.
