Your response will assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for this future procurement. This requirement is a construction project to continue stone placement efforts along the detached breakwater at Michigan City Harbor. The upcoming phase will address the remaining middle portion of the structure, approximately 150 linear feet. The work involves rubble-mound encapsulation using 14-22-ton armor stone, placed within the existing approved footprint of the breakwater. No design work is required, construction services only. Estimated Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Estimated Period of Performance: 365 calendar days The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
