Renovation of an educational facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the Owner's intent to select a Design Consultant for the design of the HVAC Renovation at Holly Springs Elementary School. Design Firms wishing to be considered for this project are requested to submit their qualifications per the instructions on this website. Replacement of Air Handlers, Lighting, Intercom, Fire Alarm, chillers/pumps, boilers, and controls. Design work will also include additional items of concern during initial site visit. Firm will provide turnkey design services including but not limited to HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, intercom, control system replacement and other systems as determined in the scope walk-through, bidding, construction administration including scheduling, pre bid, preconstruction meetings, regular site construction meetings during the project, and project closeout.
