Voltage: 460-3-60 Power Connection: Single Point Refrigerant: R-513A New, or a used unit in good condition with a manufacture date of 2023 or newer Portable/wheeled. Acquire 1 HVAC unit (140-500 nominal ton), shutdown and disconnect the existing water-cooled chilled water system (including electrical and drainage), provide and install a the new air-cooled chiller, reconnect it to existing water piping with new aluminum jack and insulation, add two tees and isolation valves for temporary chiller hookups, reconnect to existing electrical and controls, including receiving, storage, delivery and crane/rigging, install heat trace for freeze protection with proper insulation, labeling, strapping, and support, perform factory startup and commissioning, refill the system, leak check, bleed air, return the system to operation, and dispose of the old equipment, all to be performed during regular working hours.
